I started working with S8 Acquisitions in February. The onboarding team was very friendly and welcoming as someone new to rental property investing. They walked me through their different service offerings and explained which one made the most sense to me given my current investing goals and risk appetite, but also discussed how our engagement could expand in the future. After I signed on, I was assigned a Client representative who serves as my day-to-day touchpoint. I’ve had 3 on my account so far (John, Ericka and Crismond) with whom I’ve been very impressed by their dedication to my account and their responsiveness in answering all my questions, which I’ve had many! Three times a week I receive around a dozen prospective properties to review that come with very detailed, quantitative pro-formas which I greatly appreciate because they highlight market pricing as well as expense, financing and cash flow expectations that I use to make decisions on whether to submit an offer. Mendel, who runs the broker and property management functions, has been outstanding in helping negotiate with sellers’ agents on the purchase agreements that has led me to close on four properties so far and hopefully a fifth in the next few weeks. I’ve also greatly enjoyed how S8 transitions straight into tenant placement and property management activities once you close on a property to get you to the point where rent checks start coming in. Julian and Frank, who are the co-founders, have been very accessible for high-level conversations around portfolio strategy and upcoming offerings they want to share. I appreciate the educational videos Frank makes himself, as well as all the newsletters they frequently publish about the market. Lastly, they have used S8’s client footprint to sign advantageous partnerships with lenders and other companies to cover parts of the investment process they don’t supply themselves.

Very responsive staff, responded to questions and proactively help answer questions along the purchasing journey. Provided guidance and insights that were very valuable. Highly suggest their services.

Many properties to choose from in several geographical locations. I was able to get a property in an area that I'm a little familiar with and interested in. Great follow up from the staff at every part of the deal and they made the process go smoothly and expeditiously.

s8acqusition sold me a property that needed ten thousaand dollars in repairs right after closing, even though they claimed it was fully rehabbed. Total fraud and terrible communication from the ops team
