Just Closed on My First Property- Great Experience with S8 Acquisitions
I recently closed on my first investment property in Memphis, TN, on October 15, 2026, and I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience with S8 Acquisitions. Buying an investment property can be an overwhelming and challenging process, especially when you’re navigating it for the first time. From finding the right property to securing financing, gathering documentation, and addressing unexpected challenges, there were definitely moments when the process felt stressful and uncertain. However, the guidance and support of the S8 Acquisitions team made a tremendous difference. I am incredibly grateful that I took a chance on this opportunity and chose to work with S8 Acquisitions. The team guided me through the entire process, and I genuinely felt supported along the way. I especially want to recognize my representative, Maria Maturan, for going above and beyond. Her communication and attention to detail gave me peace of mind during an otherwise nerve wracking experience. I am genuinely grateful for her dedication and professionalism.
