She assured me that Rythm would send a replacement kit immediately, and suggested steps to insure that the next collection goes well. Professional and responsive. Love Rythm!

I’ve been using Rhythm for 7-8 months now and love it! Not only the business model and being able to track my own health metrics month over month, but their customer service team is top notch. I worked with Mik specifically this morning after my own error, mind you, where I dropped my sample off at the wrong spot and he was quick to send another one free of charge as a one time thing. I didn’t ask for it, he just saw that I’d made a mistake and decided to help me get back on track so I don’t miss a month. Top tier team and product!
