Great customer service!
Great customer service!! Dave gave me quick and detailed responses to help with my issues, when my first test was not successful I was sent another no charge and giving more tips to have a successful 2nd test. Just sent in my second test waiting for results! Make sure to use the heat pack the full time and blood draw can take up to 5-7 minutes as well.

Customer service
Customer service! In an era of not being able to talk to humans it’s nice to get things cleared up personally Product has been great and beats going through the medical nightmare. I believe this is the future of medicine. It’s kind of like the Redfin of medicine. Figure out the issues to become more educated .

Great experience with Rythm Health Customer Service
This is my third time using Rythm blood testing but the draw didn’t fill to the proper capacity. Fiona responded to my message and said they would send another test kit and she gave me some useful tips for a better draw.

Very responsive to inquiries.
Within minutes of sending the text, Nicholas responded with a very clear answer to my question. He was super pleasant and offered to assist me further if needed.
