Rythm is a great, pain free at home lab test designed by athletes for athletes. I’m a 12 time Ironman finisher and the last few races I used Rythm to check what’s under the hood. I found some items that needed to be balanced out , and was able to do that prior the race. Highly recommend!

The scope of the test is 1/4 of the cost through other services. I appreciate the freedom to do this from the comfort of my home or anywhere I need to. The results tracking from previous tests let me know where I need to improve, and being able to skip tests while I address markers that need change. I really appreciate the rhythm kit
