The test was easy but the results are hard to read. I am color blind, and the results are hard to read when it is only color coated. If you could add words such as: High, Low, Normal. or just the first letter H,L,N or WNL. That would be really helpful. Thank you!

My experience with Rhythm Health has been great. The platform is simple to use, the dashboard is very intuitive, and the insights I get from my health markers are actually actionable — not overwhelming. I really like being able to understand what’s going on with my body and make changes based on real data. On top of that, their customer service is excellent. If I need to push a month of tracking, they make it incredibly easy, and messaging the team to schedule sample pickup is seamless. Not having to leave the house to send in samples is a huge convenience. Overall, they’ve been fantastic to work with.

This was my first time using Rythm and everything from ordering the test to the actual test itself has been amazing! I didn’t even feel the test! Then to ship my test out was just as easy. Sent a text message out they asked for my location and are having it picked up for me! Would definitely recommend!
