Good blood test but I wish their levels didnt cap out at a certain number

The test is quick and easy. However, I encountered an issue during the recent big east coast winter storm. I got stuck at home and couldn’t send my completed test in time before the sample expired. I reached out to the team, and they kindly sent me a brand new test for free. I’m still waiting for my results, but I’m definitely going to get another test from here again. As a natural bodybuilder preparing for two shows in a few months, knowing my health and levels is crucial to me. Having this convenient and HSA-approved option is truly amazing.

Had complete bloodwork done a week before your test. Only 2 numbers on your results were relative to the numbers done through Labcorp. I will give you one more cycle to see if this was a fluke before I make a decision.

I had an issue with being double charged they resolved the issue very quickly by offering a refund for the second charge and helping me navigate to get my results. Although frustrating at the beginning, it was nice to have someone help fix the issue instead of just leaving me to hang dry. Thank you for your prompt response and help.

Amazing experience all around. Got my test within a few days even with the snow storm and took it Monday and sent it in Monday and received results Wednesday. Super clear and simple and great service.

I love RYTHM. Honestly it’s given me such a batter relationship with my health. I used to go to the doctor once a year and if something was a little off, but not “concerning” it was always let’s check back in a year. Now I can see month over month updates in my health. I upped my fiber intake big time based on the recommendations and it had an amazing effect. Also, customer service is unbelievable in my experience. Super fast, super helpful, super nice.

Really impressed with this service. It's well worth the money. Will keep using it for quite some time to really dial in my diet and lifestyle. Without these cheap and easy tests you have little data to go off of on whether your choices are optimal. For improvement I'd say add a way we can request as hoc tests, even if it's a larger vial or addition vial at an up charge. Think all parties would benefit from that. Imagine not having to worry about going to a doctor if you were curious about xzy blood test.
