Customer service was first tier. However after my first set of results, I did cancel. I would give 5 stars to the model and service, and zero stars for the results process. For something that is marketed to those of us taking exogenous testosterone, telling me that my levels are above 1500 ng/dl is not sufficient. I wanted actual numbers as a result, not simply >1500. Combine that with not receiving the results of at least 50 biomarkers and the odd reporting of percentage ranges and ultimately I decided to not continue forward with rhythm. I did not need their speculation, I needed numbers.

Pablo with RYTHM was great. My first test / draw was this morning and the added help I needed was very much appreciated.

This is my second time doing blood work with Rhythm, and once again I had a great experience. They’re super responsive, quick, and easy to work with. Tony was especially helpful and made the whole process very smooth. It would be even more fantastic if they offered the option to customize or modify blood work by allowing clients to request additional tests for an extra cost. I think that would make the service even more convenient and personalized. Highly recommend!

BEWARE SHADY COMPANY!!! Very disappointing experience with Rythm Health. I was charged $80.99 on 9/24/2026, but I never received anything from the company. I contacted Rythm Health multiple times by phone and email asking for a refund. The most frustrating part is that they told me they cannot even find an account under my name. They keep asking me to provide the email address and phone number they have on file, but I have no idea what information they used. If they were able to charge my payment method $80.99, they should be able to locate the transaction and investigate it. I have repeatedly asked for my money back and have still not received a resolution. I would not recommend a company that can charge a customer but then cannot locate the account or take responsibility for resolving the charge. I am now considering disputing the charge with my bank/credit card company and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies.

Straight to the point of helping amazing service.

I have been using Rhythm for 4 months now. The first month was a bit tricky getting used to the process. Since then it has been relatively easy. When I have reached out to customer service they have been helpful. Tip: To get blood flowing faster I do some exercises with my arms to increase blood flow. I do my testing first thing in the morning and the first test seemed to take longer. Since doing arm exercises my blood seems to fill the vial faster.
