Everything is as described, no surprises. I have done two blood tests and found things my doctor didn’t see. The AI bot helps you decipher what your test results mean and what you can do to improve on items that are not optimal. Since my first test I did what was suggested and Improved some of my numbers and will keep working to get everything in optimal range. The team is ready to help if you need to speak to a live person. I would recommend rhythm to anyone who takes supplements and wants to see what is really working.

It has been great so far. The test arrived fast, was easy to use and ship, and I got results very quickly in a couple of days. I just wish it had more detailed information about female hormones, more details for metabolic health including insulin and glucose levels, and cortisol, plus heart health ApoA.

Can't say enough good things about this company. I have a SEVERE phobia of getting blood work done, really anything that has to go into my veins..
