I had a problem with my testing and Dave and Fiona were very helpful with instructions and help in sending new test. Very pleased with how quickly the issue was resolved.

Rhythm sent me a new tester, with no hassle.
I just became apart of the Rythm Family, and I gotta say they care. My first time extracting my blood ended up not working, they sent me a whole new packet so that I could truly check out what keeping track of your biology really means. With no hassles. I can’t wait to see the test results when they come in. Thanks Rythm for keeping your word. That means a lot.
