The customer service of Rythem is excellent as well as the product itself making health an easier thing to prioritize.

I was informed you started testing Hematocrit and Hemoglobin but it was not on my recent test, reached out immediately and was given a new test for free, can’t complain very happy with their customer service.

I’ve been using Rhythm Health for the last year, and I’ve really enjoyed it. It’s been super helpful to see my blood work insights and track where different markers are at, especially with hormones and overall wellness. Unfortunately, I had to cancel for now just because my budget is tight at the moment, but one thing I really appreciated was how easy they made the cancellation process. They refunded me for my last charge and made it simple to pause or cancel without any hassle. These days, it’s honestly hard to find companies that don’t try to trap you into subscriptions or make you jump through hoops just to leave. Rhythm felt very transparent and respectful, which says a lot about the company. Highly recommend them not only because the product is genuinely helpful, but also because they treat customers well if you need to skip, pause, or cancel. It never felt like they were trying to gouge people for money.

Honestly this has been one of the quickest and smoothest experiences I’ve had! You guys really had a great idea! Great customer service/support and fast results!

I never did blood work unless I went for my physical now I can keep track myself im currently on peptides

Overall the collection process and app are great. The only thing that could improve is the visual design of the lab report. The color code is super confusing- it looks like someone was trying to be clever and make it look cool, but I think most people would prefer a simple green/yellow/red that were used to seeing. Other than that, great product, keep it up!

It’s pain free which I love! I don’t do very well with blood draws, they usually have a hard time finding a vein. I also love that it’s such a small amount of blood. I’ve only had two sessions but hoping to keep doing it.
