I’m a first-time Rythm user, and I’m absolutely amazed by this company! First off, the customer service is fantastic. Even before I joined, I messaged them to ask about shipping details, and they got back to me within minutes on a Friday evening. Once I joined, I was kept in the loop with text and email throughout the entire process (kit shipped, delivered, kit en route back to the lab, kit received, and finally, the results are live). The process is incredibly easy. And about the blood draw—what kind of magic is this?! I have Vasovagal Syncope, and I was still worried about passing out. The tutorial video was very helpful, and I was able to complete the test without going down, and it was truly painless…HOW in the world is that possible?! This is a game changer! Between the exceptional customer service, their voodoo wizardry technology, and the convenience of the process, this is hands down the best company I’ve ever worked with. Even their band-aid is next level. That sucker stuck like glue for 3 days and survived 3 sweaty Hot Pilates classes (more voodoo sorcery going on). Awesome job, Rythm. You’re slaying it!

Very fast and easy process. Although I probably should have read as to what all my results would cover. I would have liked to see my HCT on this panel.
