Very easy from ordering, completing and reviewing results. Was surprised about some results that I had no idea were out of range. The text and emails for status info was also nice.

I unfortunately had a bad sample collection and I felt pretty bummed out about it so I contacted the Rythm team. I got connected with Isabella and she was the best. We were able to work out my issue and I got sent a new kit and hopefully it goes much better.
