Brittany was super helpful when I had a problem with my blood draw. She talked me through how to get it going again, and it turned out what I thought might have been a bad sample was actually a good sample, so good experience!

INTRUCTIONS: I do t like that there are no instructions for a weekend, particularly a Sunday. What do we do with the blood already collected? Does it stay a room temperature or does it go in the fridge? I was not aware there would not be a pick up available on Sunday. Also if the kit arrives and we are out of town how does that work with the 7day window? What if it was a last minute suture where we needed to leave suddenly? I’m very frustrated right now because i have to wait two hours before I can get an answer about my blood sample and what to do with it. If I leave it out for two hour will it effect the blood?
