every item marked clearly instructions clear and concise. my mistake was not reading clearly enough; I missed the part to fast in which i didn't. Thus, I think results were not as accurate had I fasted prior to taking the test. I enjoyed this process compared to having blood drawn, at a lab.

It would also make the service feel like a premium offering that truly justifies the annual cost. Aside from that, I have nothing but positive things to say. The business model, logistics, customer service, and overall experience have been outstanding. With a more comprehensive monthly lab panel, this would easily be a 5-star service.
