This is literally the easiest blood test in the world! I am a 38 year old who has only had their blood drawn 4 times in my life and 2 of those times being when I was gassed to sleep. I was able to do this with the instructions and video so easily and stress free. The company is great about keeping you updated throughout the entire process.

This is such a simple process. I love it! I do wish you had some level of survey or open space to make comments. I am a cancer survivor and therefore had medically induced menopause much younger than would normally be the case. I would like to have that context as you are looking at my numbers and ranges.

I dropped off my sample at the local FedEx and in a few days I had my results. I can finally take control of my health and track the improvements in real time!

I really appreciated the convenience of being able to collect the blood sample at home. The collection process was simple, the instructions were clear, the turnaround time was fast, and I found the price to be very reasonable. To better understand the accuracy of the results, I compared many of my Rhythm values with venous blood tests performed at certified laboratories about three weeks earlier. I was pleasantly surprised that several markers matched very closely. In my case, the thyroid panel, lipid panel (cholesterol), vitamin D, and vitamin B12 showed excellent agreement with my recent laboratory results, which increased my confidence in many of the measurements. There were also some differences. For example, my ferritin result differed significantly from my previous venous blood tests. Based on this experience, I believe that clinically important or unexpected findings should be confirmed with a traditional laboratory before making medical decisions. I also regularly monitor my glucose metabolism, so I was interested in comparing those results as well. Most of the values were consistent with my previous testing, although my fructosamine result was closer to the upper end of the reference range than I expected. This reinforced my view that unexpected laboratory results should always be interpreted in the context of other clinical information and confirmed when necessary. I found the hormone panel more difficult to evaluate because a single estradiol measurement does not provide a complete picture of hormonal status. I would love to see a more comprehensive women’s hormone panel included in the future. One result that especially caught my attention was ApoB. It encouraged me to pursue additional follow-up testing, which I believe is exactly what a good screening test should do—highlight findings that deserve a closer look. Overall, I believe Rhythm is an excellent tool for preventive health screening. It is not a replacement for comprehensive laboratory testing, but it makes health screening convenient, accessible, and can help identify findings that should be confirmed and discussed with a healthcare professional. Personally, I think this type of testing is most valuable as part of routine preventive care once or twice a year.

Would love more biometric options. Would love to pay more to have additional biomarkers added to my panel. Also, my blood samples seem to get rejected about 33-50% of the time. Probably unavoidable though. Everything else is awesome. Keep up the great work!
