It said I need more tests performed but I was never offered additional testing which would have allowed me to have a rhythm chronilogical age. I am considering canceling and very disappointed with my first experience.

I am having a hard time with this information. To me it is not users friendly. Someone should contact me and explain what my results are and suggest how to improve my levels.

Amazing amount of data . It really helped me gain some insight into an issue that i assumed i did not have.Now I am able to address it and move forward. I did have a little difficulty with the process. I did not know that there was an end time . I was 30 minutes into it and it still was not full and barely reached the upper mark. The blood was very viscous and i was concerned that it would not be useful yet we were told to send it in. We went to the local Fedex office around 11am. I received notice very quickly that you had received it. Results showed up so fast!. So efficient. Thanks for what you are doing. Might there be an Omega 3 test in the future?

Everything about rythm is great. Simple, straight forward and fast. The only thing i think needs to be changed is the scales for testosterone and free testosterone need to be higher, so if they are off the scales the actual number of testosterone and free testosterone are displayed.

Communication is outstanding. The video tutorials make using their service very easy.

It is fast convenient and very simple. The customer service is absolutely EXCELLENT.

The communication was excellent the entire experience. Most of it was automated but I knew what step was currently ongoing the whole way. Also the test was actually painless, like so painless I thought it didnt work for the first 30 seconds. The results were fairly concise and the AI coach is articulate without being overly wordy. Overall this is an excellent service the only thing that could make it better is if they offered a one time purchase instead of a subscription.
