I am so impressed! Took my bloodwork yesterday morning, sent it off yesterday afternoon and just received my results not even 24hrs after mailing it! LIKE WHAT! User experience and the customer service team were incredibly helpful!!

Everything was smooth. Drew blood Sunday morning and shipped. my results were given to me Tuesday late afternoon. That is awesome!

Going to the Doctors for routine bloodwork is really difficult for me. Rythm solves that problem. I appreciate the ease of use and simple directions. It’s super helpful to know what’s going on internally, make lifestyle adjustments and then testing again to see what is working or what further adjustments are needed. Supper easy and painless

Our first Sample draw didn't work out. My husband couldn't get enough blood for the sample. His blood clotted too soon. We contacted customer service and, after sending them a picture and explaining what happened, they sent us another kit free of charge right away, with tips for a better draw. 4 stars because we live in a rural community, with the closest drop-off location 1 hour away. I tried to change our address to a couple of businesses in town, but I couldn't get those addresses to allow for a pickup either. It's great and easy if you live in a larger city, but not so much for smaller towns that do not have a local authorized FedEx pickup location. Other than that inconvenience, customer service was great, and we will do quarterly blood work. This works great for my husband because he is not a fan of needles and his last blood draw was 11 years ago.
