Blood collection and mailing was super easy. I mailed it on a Wednesday afternoon and received the results by Friday afternoon. I love that it tests so many markers and the report is detailed. It explains each biomarker well and provides bulleted list of how to improve suboptimal markers. I mostly wanted to test because I was anemic but I got so much more information.
