I drew the sample with a needle and syringe. The kit came with the black shipping container missing the lid.

We’re sorry to hear about this experience. Our collection kit is designed to be used only with the provided collection device. Blood should not be drawn with a needle and syringe or transferred into the tube, as this can affect sample quality and falls outside our validated collection process. The shipping container should also arrive complete and intact, so we’d absolutely like to address the missing lid. The sample is still safe to travel without it, but we'd love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to our support team.

Great first experience
Everything arrived just as it should have. Doing the first sample with the instruction video was very easy. Can’t wait to get the results!

Great service and experience!
Impressed with how fast I received the product, the ease of collecting the sample, and the speed of the results. There was a small problem with sending the sample back in, took longer than expected, but that could have been FedEx. Communication from Ryhtm is excellent!

Simply follow the instructions and it’s easy, quick and painless. They are with you every step of the way. Great way to take the guess work out of it and get yourself dialed in from a metabolic standpoint point!

Great customer service (but still need to use the product!)
I ordered my kit and am excited to use the product. It didn't immediately work as expected. I texted their support #, got a response back <2 min and then a replacement product shipped out to me right away (I just got the notification a few moments after our chat wrapped). That's ridiculously good customer service. Thank you Mik. I will be sure to respond back once the new product arrives to use.
