Had no idea this was coming from China or would not have order for the holidays. I placed an order on December 7th and it's now the 21st and I'm just seeing the tracking leaving China now. 14 days and it's still in China. Absolutely sucks and I will not have the gift for Christmas which was actually from my daughter to her dad.

I ordered a Trump beer glass for my husband and was so excited to get it! When I got it - the sticker (which I didn’t realize it was a sticker from the picture on the website) But the sticker was crooked and bubbled! The glass has knicks on it and it just looks awful and it is not a cheap glass! So I contacted customer service through email and they finally replied and said send pictures so they could see? I have sent several emails and pictures of the glass and haven’t heard one thing back from them! Worst customer service ever! First time I am writing a bad review but I am so disappointed! I just want to return the glass and get a refund! Have never had this problem with a company! So sad and I will NOT be ordering anything from them and I will share my negative experience with others! Edit update: I changed my stars from 1 to 3. My other 2 mugs arrived today (fortunately before Christmas). I LOVE THEM! The 3 stars is really for the lack of communication from this company. They finally responded to me but it took WAY TOO LONG! Plus, being that the shipping was so expensive, I expected them to be here sooner. No one ever said it would be coming from China. Anyway, great product.. company needs a little work. Original post: I am so confused by this company. I ordered 2 mugs on Dec 7th. Spent $64.. $15 of it was shipping. I was fine with it because I really love these mugs. They sent me free shipping on my next order so I ordered another mug (sent to a different address). The second order has arrived to it's location and my brother LOVED the mug! The other 2 mugs are no where to be found. I spent $64 and the USPS tracking says USPS Currently Awaiting Package STILL!!! Almost 2 weeks after my order. I have tried EVERYDAY to contact this company. NO ONE WILL RESPOND!!! It's very frustrating!!!!

I ordered a signed DJT framed picture and was sent a small poster of a row boat. I have emailed the help line but with minimal success. All they state is that they will look into it and try to send out my original order. It was intended as a Christmas gift. I get the feeling RWB outsources their help line to Asia or India based on the horrible email replies and lack of urgency. I’m hopeful I get my money back. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. Very shady IMO.

We purchased 3 Trump mugs from RWB Zone. The quality is great and the service we received was excellent. RWB Zone kept in touch with us and answered our questions promptly. I will buy from them again!

RWB Zone have done a faaantastic joooobbbbb! Getting Trump sweatshirt to me after a three week wait. The wait was worth it the jersey is top top quality and I can’t wait to get out there flashing it around all the lefties at Christmas I would like to set up a business in the UK flogging the merch!
