Edit update: I changed my stars from 1 to 3. My other 2 mugs arrived today (fortunately before Christmas). I LOVE THEM! The 3 stars is really for the lack of communication from this company. They finally responded to me but it took WAY TOO LONG! Plus, being that the shipping was so expensive, I expected them to be here sooner. No one ever said it would be coming from China. Anyway, great product.. company needs a little work. Original post: I am so confused by this company. I ordered 2 mugs on Dec 7th. Spent $64.. $15 of it was shipping. I was fine with it because I really love these mugs. They sent me free shipping on my next order so I ordered another mug (sent to a different address). The second order has arrived to it's location and my brother LOVED the mug! The other 2 mugs are no where to be found. I spent $64 and the USPS tracking says USPS Currently Awaiting Package STILL!!! Almost 2 weeks after my order. I have tried EVERYDAY to contact this company. NO ONE WILL RESPOND!!! It's very frustrating!!!!

Ha...silly me. Just looked at the tracking information. Order goes to Grand Prairie, TX...yay good ol' USA. But from there it goes to China. Ships from there. Finally gets to airports on USA, goes through customs. And then say a prayer because it goes through USPS to be mailed. Plus I paid for shipment. Order and learn....can't believe my Trump flag comes from China...he would be pissed.

Nice product. Just took quite awhile to be shipped. But after shipped was delivered promptly
