Slendide dryer door hinge
I was not informed that this was a special order item and would have a long lead time. I did not want to download an app to track this but did send an email an received shipping stats. $23 for shipping is a lot for a very small package.

Ricky, I am sorry to hear you were so disappointed. When you checked out to buy this product, you had to select your shipping option which would only be "Special order shipping" and states "Usually ship within 1 week but some parts may take longer (2-3 weeks)" - as we do always inform customers before they buy if an item is not in stock and has to be special ordered. The $23 price is exactly the same price we are charged for shipping on special order parts unfortunately. We would lower it if we could, but its a set price for all special order parts regardless of size, unless its much bigger like a door or a whole unit which have increased shipping prices.
