Great Prices and Fast Shipping. Hard to find anyone on the internet that sells RV supplies cheaper than RVupgrades.

I returned my purchase with tracking. However, I had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company when my refund hadn't posted for over 30 days. Very disreputable company and I will never make a purchase with them again! 4/7 Update......never heard from vendor regarding this issue. Very interesting how they were very communicative up until I inquired about a refund and status of my refund. At that time, they ceased communications. I reiterate....I will NEVER do business with this company again. They are full of empty statements....evidenced by the fact that they didn't even follow thru with their response to my complaint!

The part arrived promptly but was faulty. I contacted them for a Return Authorization and was told it would be forthcoming. Days later, nothing. Their email said if was time sensitive to call... I called. The lady said it takes 3-5 business days to get a Return Authorization "from the warehouse" and nothing she could do. I emailed again after 2 weeks and have not got a response thus far. Buyer Beware!!

Dealing with this company is a disaster. I ordered a part and then cancelled it within an hour. I called them to verify the cancellation. Within a week the part delivered to my house. I then called them to arrange a return pickup. It took over a month to get it returned. They received the return part but I now can't get a credit back on my credit card.

Little John has it right. Still waiting for a return authorization. All I get is a runaround from their excuse making customer service. Their website says 24-48 hours for return still waiting it's been 2 weeks and counting.

They do have fast delivery but don't try to get a refund or return a product. They never return your e-mails or get back with you. They say they will get right back to you but never hear back.

Stunningly bad service. Ordered and Received a base plate without a part. Talked to Customer Service and they said they would contact the manufacturer and send me a part. A week later I called and asked about delivery of the part and was told that manufacturer had not contacted them back. I called the manufacturer direct and was told nobody had placed any order for the part. I ended up ordering the part myself directly from the manufacturer. This is extremely easy. RVUPGRADES just didn't order the part. Customer service agents for RV Upgrades have no problem not returning your phone calls, not placing orders and slow leaking you so you have to take action yourself. Avoid these people if you want any kind of service after the sale. You won't get it.

I ordered parts while on the road far from home. The order got sent to my house by mistake so I contacted them for help. They took care of it in minutes and got me the parts I needed. Great customer service and they have your back when you are on the road.
