I received my order for the Garnet Seelevel II 709-4 Tank Monitor System, On Time & In Excellent Condition. The 709-4 System is an Excellent System, (This is my 2nd 709-4 System). I still had (1) Display Only, that I had previously used in the Storage Bay Docking Station, on my previous RV, and will use with this New Purchase System. The reason I rated My Order Experience as a 4 Star, is because I Really Only wanted to purchase (4) Sensors, to use with my Display Only, located in the Storage Bay Docking Station. However, the Cost Difference of (4) Sensors ($200) vs (1) Complete System ($260), made this a purchase that I “Almost” “Talked Myself Out Of Buying”. Again, this System is something that any RV Owner that has ever had experience with it, would gladly pay the purchase price, “If the RV Manufacturer would Install as an OEM Item at the Time Original Build”, at the Factory.

When I ordered my pedestal I actually thought I was getting the pedestal and pole because it came with all the dimensions that was mentioned and the price of it.

It was easy to order and it came pretty fast. My only complaint would be that you should use a stronger box to ship in one end of the box was almost ripped off. I haven't opened it yet. I can include a picture if you would like.

Yes I received my adapter, however when I use the car’s right blinker, the trailer flashes the hazard lights instead.

I recivied my order on time the box was banged up an was taped some wgere along the line . I hope that the ant. will work . I open the box it all look ok

Ordered a part, promised by two employees that it would arrive by the date needed and paid additional money to ensure that it would be here in time. They shipped it late, causing it to arrive a day too late for our customer's need. They confirmed that the conversation occurred, but denied any responsibility and refused compensation. Would not recommend, would not do business with them again. Had they not promised delivery date, we had other options, by the time we found out it was too late.
