Terrible company. Ordered two "in stock "parts for expedited delivery. Found out later could not expedite shipping. Parts were not even in stock. Estimates for delivery over a month off. Poor customer service. Avoid.

I ordered a part for my air; after $331 it never came. I had to contact the company, Amber was rude. She said it came back to them Undeliverable??? Funny, I have gotten all the rest of my mail without any problems with that address. Asked me if I wanted her to send it back out. Uhhhhh...yes it's hot and I need my air part that I already paid for. Finally, get the part...its the wrong part?! I call back to crappy customer service again. I was told it was the correct part but the manufacturer might have changed it and that a 2-3 day approval was needed from them for me to get a shipping label to return the item. The box listed the correct item number but the part inside the box wasn't correct. Amanda was completely rude several times upon speaking with her. Accused me of calling her all day about receiving my refund, which wasn't true. She was horrible at customer service & and rude & an major attitude to boot. I did finally get the refund but do yourself a favor & save yourself the nightmare, crappy experience... Shop anywhere else!!!!

Propane cover didn't fit for my application but cannot return because of your ridiculous return policy stating product has to be unopened.

I received the package, however it was damaged during shipping. I placed a return/replacement request and receive a message that requested photos of the damage. I responded to the request, but haven’t heard back on the status of where we’re at. That was a week ago. Good start for customer service, but the follow through is lacking.

Website is easy to navigate. Delivery was quicker than expected although the boxes were completely torn up upon delivery. Products were not at all damaged, have already been installed and work to my expectations. Thank you.
