RV Parts CountryReviews of rvpartscountry.com

I ordered an item from RV parts Country. The price was excellent. Initially I had problems getting a tracking number. They are a bit hard to get a hold of but they did respond. In the end I got a notice saying the part was delivered already. Pretty happy with the price and speed of delivery.

This company is as close to fraudulent as one can get. I wish I had read the many terrible reviews BEFORE I had purchased. My item was delivered damaged and unusable. Numerous attempts to resolve this were ignored by RV Parts Country. I was forced to file a dispute through Paypal . THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

FRAUD!!! This entire company is not reputable BBB should investigate this company is Scammy at best will not rectify online transaction. Claims they aren't the company I have issue with but links right to bigdaddyrvparts.com right from their website.......DO NOT BUY!!! Update: I have discovered this company under all titles have written fake reviews on various websites in attempt to fool consumers people have had good experiences instead of bad ones.

I started out doing business with Big Daddy's RV parts only found out later that it was RV parts company. Ordered parts on July14th 2017, received them in a timely manner. AC unit was damaged, contacted customer service, no response. Did chat was told to contact Returns Dept. after a week I reread the return policy and found out that I had to go thru RV parts country, seems like since I ordered thru Big daddy I would at least be linked over to the right place for a response. RV country parts return dept. said damage was minor and offered $50, unacceptable. Returned thru FedEx and on the 14th of Aug. 2017 received 2cd unit. Slight damage. So after a month of waiting I emailed them and said I would accept the damaged product and would never do business with them again. They need to pack the AC units better to prevent damage. Price was good, but customer service is very poor.

Nothing is ever their fault, Horrible Customer Service i places an order ($1450) for an awning which clearly states 2-3 week delivery (you even have to sign agreeing to it) but when the 3 weeks rolls around nothing. You contact them (by the way they don't have phones only on line chat) they blame everyone else and offer nothing in return for not living up to a written agreement. I contacted the actual product manufacture (Lippert) and they told me that they had informed RV Parts Country earlier in the season that this is their busy season and that it will take longer for shipping, yet RV Parts country still has this on their website knowing full well they can't deliver in that time frame. Totally misleading... Yet when you call them on it they will do nothing for you... Spend your money somewhere else....

My first time ordering anything from this company, I ordered a Shurflo water pump. When it arrived, on a Wednesday, one of the water line connectors was broken. Right away, I got online to find out how to return it. I've never used the online chat so I decided to try it. Quick response from the onlince customer service and through email conversations, they said they would replace it, but they were out. On Thursday, Jessica responded with 2 more emails on when the warehouse would get more and when it was on it's way. That was the very next day, on Friday. I got my replacement the following Monday!!! Very helpful and I will definitely order from them again and refer them to friends. Thanks again Jessica!

Ordered ducted AC unit in error. Immediately notified them about my error. They immediately said order could not be cancelled as it was in process. You cannot talk to anyone. All phone calls are referred to their online communication TICKET with a commitment to respond within 48 hours. Responses were all the same. Cannot cancel order in process. Dometic products are non returnable! Visa placed a temporary credit on my account. I submitted a Kentucky BBB complaint and within seven days received notification ffrom RVPartsCompany that my order has been cancelled. Beware.

They will try to avoid helping customers with returns, email only service. Took them over a week to reply with email, this not acceptable. You can call, but rude operator will not help you. Try to avoid doing business with this company.Customer service is a two way street, I will buy but must be able to trust a company with returns and be able to talk to service agent!!
