I am happy with the price and efficiency of the company to get the product out the door and on the way to me. However, Fedex marked customer unavailable when i arranged to be home and my cameras prove they never stopped at my house and my package was delayed a few days and gave me the runaround. the delivery driver told me when they finally came that another driver dropped the ball and marked that for all his deliveries for 2 days causing issues. I just opened the box to my A/C and found the cover was damaged/cracked. i am glad i paid extra for insurance but i guess that will be determined with how the process goes to get a new cover...

Ordering process was easy. Not being able to call customer service is annoying. Part delivered but with FRAGILE THIS SIDE UP. Upside down! FedEx delivered ac unit upside down when markings on box were quite clear.

Ac unit arrived and box looked fine, but inside there were CLEAR signs of rough handling, floor pan of ac was tweaked and plastic condenser fan shroud has a broken mounting tab, I won't send unit back unless rv parts country wants to replace entire order taking care of freight both ways and expediting it. Ceiling panel box looked like ace ventura had played football with it, upon first inspection contents of box looked fine but when I got it installed I discovered that the fan switch had taken a direct HARD hit to the stem which broke the body of the switch. I was able to get switch back together enough to test unit operation, which thankfully is fine, But I hope seller is willing to expedite me a new fan switch as I have a trip coming up.

I ordered the following: 31011--36636 Atwood 31011 RV Carbon Monoxide and Propane Gas Detector - 12 Volt The black LP detector is no longer available - you will receive white if you order this. : I understand that I will receive a white detector because the black is discontinued by Atwood. Instead, I have received the SAFE-T-ALERT Carbon Monoxide and Gas Alarm Models 45-741 & 45-742. While it is a CO and gas alarm device, it is not the 31011--36636 Atwood 31011 RV Carbon Monoxide and Propane Gas Detector - 12 Volt and it is not WHITE. Am I to assume the Atwood model I ordered no longer is manufactured? If so, there should have been a clear explanation of this when I received the device.

Was very happy with the website, the ordering process, and the final cost! However, when it came to packaging, I was disappointed to receive my part on a plastic bag instead of bubble wrapped inside an appropriate sized pasteboard box. The plastic bag was torn and it was obvious that it had received rough handling. I did not see any broken parts or bent/broken gear teeth, and I am hoping the part works well after installation!
