when it arrived the packaging was a bit beat up. The UPS driver had put the box on its side and was rolling it in over and over on its side. This despite the fact it is clearly marked fragile. The unit itself looks o.k. so we will see what happens. It is laying flat again. The worst part we have forklifts here and could have unloaded it easily. He just needed to let us know he was here.

When I did not receive a tracking number after 2 days, I inquired and received a quick response. My item arrived the third day.

Easy to order but take long time to deliver. I imagine is The COVID-19 issues, so I rate them 4 stars.

I ordered from this company and they will do right by you! I ordered a skylight for my rv and the sealant too, but alI I received was the package of sealant and not the skylight. So I contacted the company by email and gave them my order number and told them I didn't receive my package along with the sealant I put as well. So we emailed back and forth then they told me that they would contact the company that was supposed to be shipping it to me and see where the package was at. Long story short; they reordered it to be shipped to me and I got it about on Monday July 13th, 2020 because somehow it must have gotten lost in the mail or didn't get shipped at all! It may have taken a month to get here, but I'm satisfied because I did get my skylight I ordered! Thank You RVPARTSCOUNTRY.COM so much! Super smooth ck out and fast shipping

Got my unit. Was supposed to get a email with purchase confirmation and shipping info. Never received it. Got a shipment on my driveway 3 days later. Didn’t know it was there. Luckily i came home and saw it. When I did get it up to my place. I had power to unit but it wouldn’t run. It wouldn’t turned on. Had an electrician come over and look. Had enough power coming in, but again unit wouldn’t turn on. So I don’t know. You would think a brand new AC would work. Apparently not. We’ll see if they’ll take a return and replace. But who knows. It’s a $100 for shipping. So doubt it.

The unit we ordered is damaged and I've submitted this information to Customer Service. I've tried calling and the phone hangs up and will not allow you to talk to anyone, even with the return department. I'm very upset and I don't recommend them for service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Their return is only good for 15 days and you can't reach anyone for any reason. They don't return a message either.

Good selection and prices. Only wish there was real-time customer service.
