I got the part, (RV Roof AC cover), however, the box was heavily damaged, the cover inside was OK. I need to return the part, as I apparently ordered the wrong one. Please provide an E-Mail address where I can communicate with you folks to get the correct part ordered. In my E-Mail I'll include photos of the damaged box i received, as well as a photo of the AC Unit Product label to help identify the proper cover to order. If you folks feel it's necessary to speak to me to resolve this issue, please call my cell at: 978-758-4551. Looking forward to your response.... Respectfully, Donald J. Mac Millan (Mac)

No snags or flaws with the ordering or shipment. Opened box as soon as I got home to confirm porcelain bowl not damaged. No issues with the box or contents.

My order arrived quickly. It was the exact parts I was needing to finish up my project. Will probably be needing more items in the future and will be looking first on RV Parts for any future needs.
