Received my Brisk air II today. Box is broken on all sides. Upon further inspection I found the base around the air conditioner scuffed up. I’m not to worried about that but I also found the shroud is broken. I can live with the air, provided it works but the shroud needs to be replaced.

My air conditioner was dented and the cover was broken! And you should be able to call someone instead you just get a recording that will hang up at the end.

Service was great received the correct part the first time. I had gone to camping world and GENERAL they both gave me the incorrcapacitor and told me it would work. Neither of these places know anything and are incompetent. RV Parts Country is #1 in my book and should be known for exceptional service and quality. Very pleased with rvpartsvountry.com I ordered a Brisk II AC and heat unit, they had the best price I could find online and it showed up fast. I installed it today and the only negative there was is that there was a large dent in the frame. I was able to bend it out myself and I don’t think it will have an effect on the operation. The shipping box should have more tape too, the box showed up open from the top and bottom.
