Communication
I placed an order (RTP_229708) on October 31, 2024. I have sent 3 emails with questions about my order and no one has responded. Communication appears to be non existent with this company.

Dear Bobby As previously mentioned in our emails, we have responded to all your inquiries; however, it seems there was an issue with your email that prevented our replies from being displayed. I later reached out to you using the email you provided on Trustpilot, which you were able to receive. Your claim that we have not responded and your one-star review are unfounded and inaccurate. We strive to provide excellent communication, and I hope this clears up any misunderstanding. Best regards, Sarah
