have to admit in the beginning I ordered the same thing when it showed up it was nothing like what was advertised I reached out to you to straighten it out and you charge me again for the same thing I ordered the first time it was very disappointed once I got what I need I was happy my friends like the product I'm proud to display it but disappointed that I had to pay two times for the same product I ordered once

Issues was with the shipping the first time around and you guys had to re order the item due to it being delayed

After not receiving my order for quite some time, I asked for a refund and they sent one right out. A couple weeks later I did get my order at no charge. The decal was very nice, however, it seems they outsource their printing. I give them 4 stare for custo mer service and quality product, even so it took an unreasonable time to get my item

Was a little wrinkled and all wording should have came off as one not separate lines

The product is AWESOME !!! The communication was NOT . I kept getting someone else's Emails about delivery is what she said , but why did they keep coming after we sorted it out crazy!? So delivery experience was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING

A little bit hard to get off paper but it was good 👍 👌
