Hi there, We understand your frustration regarding the account ban. However, we must adhere to our Terms of Service, which clearly outline prohibited conduct. In this case, your actions of stacking rains and holding coins for extended periods without using them violated our terms, specifically section 11(q), which states that abuse of free rewards, such as stacking them contrary to their intended purpose, is prohibited. For more information, you can review our full Terms of Service here: rustclash.com/tos. We encourage all users to engage responsibly with our platform, and if you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team.
