I am writing this review to warn players about RustClash's support practices. The site advertises "No Purchase Necessary" under Section 2 of its TOS and heavily promotes a "Provably Fair" system. However, if you claim free rewards, risk them, and win without depositing real money, your account gets silently restricted. When contacting support to question this, agents use automated macros, refuse to review the case properly, and close tickets instantly with canned responses like "we are not going to negotiate." Penalizing users for being lucky with free features while advertising as "Free-to-Play" is a clear breach of ethics and deceptive behavior.

DO NOT PLAY on this site. after spending thousands on this website trying to win the "RACE" (most money wagered on the site during a time period), I placed 2nd place and won the prize of 500 gems (equivalent to roughly $300 USD). just to return later and find out that I missed the short time window to claim my prize winnings that i had won. not only is this not clearly stated anywhere and they completely stole my prize winnings but when i made a ticket they just shrugged me off! DO NOT PLAY HERE PLEASE.

Despite this, their compliance system completely failed to geo-block my account, allowing me to deposit thousands of euros in crypto and gamble while vulnerable.When I flagged this severe regulatory breach to their support team, they issued a generic refusal, stating no refunds would be given because the money was "played normally," and they immediately locked my account for raising compliance concerns. Allowing a player from a restricted EU jurisdiction to bypass filters after receiving their ID is a direct violation of international corporate responsibility. I have escalated this issue publicly on CasinoGuru and will not back down until my net deposits are returned.

Don't play on this site!!!!! They cheat players on this site. I was playing today and managed to turn 0.03 cents into 0.96 cents. BUT when I tried to withdraw the money, they flagged me as a bot and required me to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. When I asked the staff what happened, they told me: "Because you won a small amount and didn't lose a single time, we flagged you as a bot and you have to verify your identity." I would verify it, but I know a lot of people who have reported this site for identity or banking data theft, so I don't want to take the risk. DON'T PLAY ON THIS SITE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED! I’ve had gems randomly vanish from my balance, payouts fail whenever the site has “technical issues,” and unexplained discrepancies happen constantly. These aren’t accidents — they’re patterns. Rustclash is not a trustworthy platform. The site is blatantly rigged, the fairness claims are fake, and players are getting scammed in broad daylight. Stay far away.

I deposited $250 for my first ever experience with the website, I won 2800 gems and was very happy with that experience, until i first was forced to submit ID verification, then was PERMANENTLY BANNED for "Fraud FT" with no explanation from support whatsoever. This IS illegal, they have also been exposed to rig games and there are many similar cases to this of clear fraudulent bans just to try and penny pinch.
