Outstanding service! Clarence was with me every step of the way. First time to send our employees to Saudi Arabia. He didn't miss a step. We were short on time, but Rushmytravelvisa came through with flying colors. Thank you! Paula

I had an unexpected trip to Tanzania come up and felt very uncomfortable sending my passport off to the embassy with such a short timeframe (and I hate mailing my passport anywhere!). Angela Farmer managed my order perfectly! I received detailed instructions and advice throughout the process -- there was absolutely no guess work. Angela also answered all of my questions, no matter how small. The entire process was smooth and efficient and I am so glad to know your company exists for future passport or visa needs. Thank you! Angela Farmer was a tremendous help to us in the extremely frustrating task of obtaining two tourist visas for travel to India. I am sure that we would HAVE NEVER DONE THIS WITHOUT HER HELP AND INPUT!!

The good news is that they got my China visa in time for my trip - within a week. However, I had a much better experience with the employees at the company they contract with, G3 Passport Service, who are responsive, helpful, and polite. The first person at Rushmytravel visa I worked with was good, but I found my main Rushmytravelvisa representative to be curt and not particularly helpful in answering my questions. I live in Washington, and ended up not using the shipping services, and they only refunded me a part of it. In the future, I would just use the G3 Passport Services, presumably at a cheaper rate than Rushmytravel visa.
