Hello Kelly and thank you for reaching out. We do see that the error on FedEx’s end caused a hardship for you and caused a missed trip. We are incredibly disappointed that this lead to our inability to service you for your upcoming trip. It is always unfortunate when delays on Fedex’s or the government’s end impacts an application so negatively, and as third party couriers we do our best to find solutions that work for the customer. Unfortunately we do see here that this was not possible. We have issued you a full refund as despite our continuing to reserve the appointments needed for your application, we understand the terrible result of Fedex’s delay. Regardless of whether a customer is able to proceed with our service or not, our top priority is customer satisfaction. Your feedback is the best tool we have to continue growing and improving, and refining our process for our customers. We appreciate your reaching out, and please reach out to our representative you have been in contact with, with any further visa or passport questions in the future.
