Be very cautious if using this companies services. Somehow the dates change every time I call. The company say 5-9 business days. After purchase and downloading everything. Mailing the paperwork on January 24th they gave us an expected delivery of February 11th. I was (originally I called before purchase and told the 7th of February if mailed out by 3pm on the 24th of January). 5-9 days doesn’t start until 48 our after they receive the paperwork. (That takes 24-48 hours, oh and the shipping time) Not sure what I paid for. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they can’t transfer. If I’m approved to speak to a manager they will call back in 24 hours. I asked for the company information, they wouldn’t give it to me. I am now looking into Visa Adventure Inc. because you have to sign a waiver for them. Also, you have to get an appointment at the post office or Passport agency. They can be weeks out and most don’t offer walk in anymore. We were able to get in because of a cancellation.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible service. They charge a lot of money and I’m flying tomorrow. And passport is not ready. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I have not received a passport and I cannot get a decent response.

My review would have been much much higher. But i was just informed through a HIGHLY reputable VPN service that my information was leaked on the dark web from Rushmytravelvisa.com. Be careful. As for Rush my travel visa, what do you plan to do about this breach?

The company is very quick to ask for your money, but just try and get a refund. I have been waiting 8 weeks and they still are telling me it could be another week or so. I will never ever use this service again. When I call, they send me from department to department and its always the same excuse. Don't use this company!!!!!

I was excited to use this company but they were TERRIBLE! Their website didn't work, they didn't respond to any emails and several tries then, to add insult to injury, they left me in a huge bind. I have no idea how they got so many stars unless the reviews are FAKE. I noticed that the other review account is CLOSED it begs the question of FAKE REVIEWS - who knows?

My emergency rush visa application was LOST in the mail! The company blames it on FedEx and assumes no responsibility. In fact, if I hadn't looked at the tracking number myself (TWO DAYS AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED) I would never have known because they weren't keeping track of the package!!! Trip has to be canceled after spending more than $3000 on vaccines, documents, flights, fees, etc. This company is going to have a lawsuit on their hands.

I have been so disappointed with this organization. Basically they make promisses and never deliver on their promises. They promise to call you back if you have any concerns. Of course they never return your call. For sure do not depend upon them getting your visa when you request. They will get you a visa after your flight has left. Then you need to get another flight pay for it out of your pocket. Then they say it spells out that you can not depend upon getting a visa on time. But if you read the fine print it tells you no matter when you receive your visa you still need to pay Rush My Visa. It does not matter to them if you miss your flight. You still must pay. For me it was almost $399 dollars for getting my visa to me the day after the flight left. They don't care. If you want efficient visa service it is best not to deal with this company....
