I’m giving a 5 for Kobe. If I could give him a 10 I would. He was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I did have several issues with the directions not being as detailed as the forms required. I have already discussed these with Kobe and he has passed them on. Again, thank you Kobe for your excellent work ethic. I wish more people were as dedicated as you are. My experience started the 16th of July and I received my passport on July 24. Marion Rice

The process was very straightforward and all feedback from staff was timely and helpful. I have one minor gripe. Every time you open the portal, this video pops up and starts playing. It's the introductory video to help guide you through the process, but you have to open the portal multiple times to submit documents. It was easy to dismiss the pop up, but it was a nuisance. Otherwise, excellent service.
