RushedpassportReviews of rushedpassport.com

Admittedly, I was nervous about this process being all online. Fortunately, I was quickly assisted by Amanda F. She was quick to respond, professional and exceptionally helpful. If you’re in a bind and need you passport quickly (mine expired) I would highly recommend them! Thank you Amanda!

I was nervous going through an agency and actually chose another company at first but canceled as soon as I saw the reviews. Dropping over $600 on an emergent need is definitely scary but I’m so happy I chose this company. They were responsive to everything and if they didn’t answer they would call back within a couple of hours. They made the process seamless and everyone I talked to gave me the correct info. My passport came in earlier than expected (a week earlier) and would use them again!

Y’all…I won’t lie. I was scared to send my passport thru the mail. But, it worked out perfectly!! Customer service reps Ana and Kobe were extremely helpful and answered so many questions. And their online system is easy to understand, easy to follow and if you make any mistakes..,they are very quick in letting you know how to make it right! Even “Amy” their AI after hours rep was amazing! My expectations were blown away!! I would tell anyone to use Rushed Passport! Thanks Y’all! Oh…and my passport arrived the Friday after I Fedex’d it on a Friday!! ONE WEEK!!

I used Rushedpassport for their 8-10 day expedited passport processing service and surprisingly we received our passports in 7 days! Their customer service team was knowledgeable, responsive, and clear about the process and expected time frame prior to me becoming a client which is why I chose this company. The professionalism continued with my assigned account specialist (Lasia) and other members of her team. I 10/10 recommend Rushedpassport to anyone in need of a reliable passport processing service. Their responsiveness and commitment to accuracy made the experience stress-free.

I received my passport a couple of days earlier than I was told. Customer service took my many calls asking questions or just being worried about the whole process. I can't deny I was weary at first. However, they delivered an exceptional service!

All staff are amazing. They communicate from the beginning I filed my documents until i got my passport. Thank you so much!

Amanda is amazing! She definitely deserves a raise. She was in constant contact dealt with my crazy name changes and overall pleasure to work with!! I adore her! Did I say that girl needs a raise!!

Rushed passport was a great service for me. Amanda F answered all my phone calls, responded quickly to all my emails. She was very knowledgable of the entire process and trouble shooted and fixed a situation we ran into. Because of her, the company itself gets an outstanding review from her. She deserves a raise!
