I was billed twice in one month when I emailed a inquiry the email returned and said sorry your leaving. I emailed back and said I don't want to leave I just want a explanation for the double billing. then the sight stopped working, I could see all my info at the site + my billing info which didn't reflect my double billing. My bank showed they billed me on the 5th of oct and the 15th its been two weeks I'm done. They emailed me today to say my next payment will be taken on nov 5. Im going to tell my bank to block.

Using runaway same intruction and prompt for making image. And loose all Credits. Never using this again. Got 7 videoes, and cost me 2 dollar for each.

Please be careful when providing bank card details. Runway is trying to charge money for subscription even if it is canceled. In the Instagram account and emails to the official email of the customer service, they do not respond.

Ive been trying to pay for their "Pro" subscription for almost 2 weeks. Their website has a bug that rejects credit cards. It's a known issue for months... I've submitted a number of emails and asked for help on their community board on Discord, but nothing. How can a company that's received about $200m in funds and valued at $1.5b have such poor customer support? Don't offer a "pro" service if you can provide professional customer support.

This tool is just so bad and useless and they won't refund you if you try it. don't waste your time with it.

Sad to write this but like the other comments here Runway customer service never replies to messages after 2 weeks of trying. Had an issue where promts were not working properly and i lost a ton of credits. I subsequently chose to not renew as a result of their silence. And....when i tried to use the credits I had paid for (additionally one top of subscription) I kept getting a message saying demand was too high and i could not use them. OK, I got that message for several days. I mean c'mon folks ... i paid for those credits. I get it ... no subscription = no priority. But I can't even use them. It felt a bit like a revenge algorithm for cancelling ... forcing you to subscribe to use the paid credits remaining. It's a shame ... i was a paying customer for quite some time and was left with the feeling that Runway could not care less.

I sent an email requesting they cancel my subscription. It's been 3 weeks. No reply and they continue to try and take money from my bank account. This service is a scam
