Continually having content flagged with this app. Ai robot breathing is flagged? This company should put up a list on their website of what content or words are flagged instead of me wasting time trying to create something and finding out they dont allow it. Very difficult to create with this tool. Not enjoyable, not worth the subscription. Once my subscription is over I will find a service that doesnt flag every single idea. Is this disney? Or a g-rated company? Boy oh boy

Runway is the most awful subscription platform I have dealt with. Bunch of thieves!!!!!!! You pay a monthly subscription fee and after downloading just a few videos (three to four) it tells you you are out of credit you need to buy more credit!!!!!! If you want to cancel your plan you have to download their app. Awful and discussing!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid more than $90 for unlimit version and with no reason and no info after one day they downgrade my account to free version. Terrible experience. Be aware of them.

Sent multiple emails to request the refund of an unused pro plan. It’s been over a month and had no answer. Found out they charged me again . Over 200$ lost so far. Don’t bother it’s a scam also their AI suck.

Totally ignores all image to video prompts.

The censorship is off the wall. Try to input "red puddle of goo" or something like that. It will flag it as "gore". They don't get back to you for customer support or refunds.
