They offer a free plan, BUT when you sign up there is NONE. YOU CAN’T generate anything for free. total waste of time! If they treat users even before they buy their plan, just imagine what it’s going to be like when you pay the money

Sämsta appen någonsin! Kan inte ens generera texten jag vill att videon ska ha. Skriver helt andra texter än det jag bett om!!!!!! Besviken.

The so called Unlimited plan is in practice LIMITED to 2250 credits per month. If you use these credits ( and believe me you will do it very quickly!) You should buy more and more credits. Unlimited plan is a fraud and is breaking customers law. I hope my feedback help more people not to start with this AI. Moreover Runway is so dumb that you have to repeat one and the same many times for your own credits (equals your money:) Shuler programm to squeeze money. Be careful!

GARBAGE. low quality, video output continuously zooming in even with the prompt they provide to tell it not to, edit/drawing annotations appearing in the final output, and only being able to genera 4-5 awful videos on a paid plan. And the ticket submission in their chat didn't work

Scam keeps generating stuff that don’t match what you asked for credit burn in couple minutes for shameful results! I won’t use this even if it becomes free

the unlimited version - it takes about 30 minutes to generate a video on average. the results are terrible - Grok generates arguably better results in 30 seconds for free. it seems like they have an ai algorithm that lowers the quality of each generation the more you use it, or something similar to that. do not waste your money

SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how can i cancel my subscription now ??? I will report them everywhere!!!!!

On paie un abonnement UNLIMITED pour, au final, se retrouver à attendre 10 à 20 minutes avant que la vidéo commence à être générée, puis encore 3 minutes pour la génération elle-même. Grosse déception
