I purchased the Pro plan for $35 expecting to create AI videos, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I used a single prompt to generate a 1-minute video, and it consumed all of my credits. There was no clear warning that one generation could use an entire month's worth of credits. I expected the Pro plan to provide enough credits for multiple videos, not just one attempt. The pricing and credit consumption feel very misleading. If generating a single 1-minute video exhausts your balance, the subscription offers very poor value for money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I won't be renewing my subscription, and I hope the company becomes much more transparent about how credits are calculated before other customers spend their money. I need my refund

The not yet ready to be used by customers. Primitive level platform without able to see the given an idea to process.

Very poor experience. Constantly asking for more credits when they make a mistake which instead of choosing to correct, they tell you to reach out to customer service for a refund. There is no continuity from scene to scene. For example, a 15 second video costs 500 credits, and you'll probably have to do at least 1 correction. Sometimes for a 15 second video I need to do 4 or 5 corrections that are not my fault. Because their unlimited version is only 8000 credits, they're eaten up very quickly. Do better, permit ai to fix the scene instead of issuing and asking for credits.

Video generation is trash and when I went to request a refund it said I had used too many ticks (I made three videos). There is no way to contact a human representative unless to subscribe to their pro plan. When I first went to subscribe to their monthly billing somehow it changed to their yearly and I was charged around $150 and now there is absolutely no way for me to get that money back.

The system kept generating the same video over and over again, even though I repeatedly provided clear instructions on how it should be created correctly. To generate a simple 8-second video, it consumed more than 1,600 credits, and each new version was worse than the previous one, failing to preserve the original video. On top of that, it did not retain the instructions I had already given, forcing me to repeat the same prompts every single time.

Catastrophique. J'ai pris l'abonnement pour pouvoir généré des vidéos en illimité. Dans la majorité des cas, les générations s'arrêtaient à 98% avant de mettre un message d'erreur. (30 minutes d'attente pour rien). J'ai demandé un remboursement auprès du service client, qui a été refusé. Je déconseille.

It’s a total ripoff in my opinion, countless reviews of this site say the same as I’ve just experienced, it’s completely always get thing wrong so you have to spend more credits no refunds even though it’s the platform that gets it wrong not you, it’s just done a voiceover for me of ten minutes, said it’s too long so it suggests to do two separate one, i chose the voice to do it an English accent one, the first one was just that, the second was in an American accent, it said it would do it again to fix it, not before saying it was the first one which needed redoing, it wasn’t, it was second one that needed redoing, which obviously cost more credits, it did it in the same voice again, so I paid twice for the wrong voice and twice for the right one I had already paid for, I didn’t choose the second voice, the funny thing is just two days before that it managed to do a 29 minute voiceover, now it tells me 10 is to long, I would save your money as this platform has more glitches than the matrix and they make it impossible for you to get a refund even though it’s their mistake, I follow all instructions given trying to get a refund but they didn’t even work like they said, I would give this site a minus 5 star rating if I could, totally untrustworthy platform in my opinion!!!!!!!! If you keep a record of your promts and conversation with the ai on the platform plus all the bad reviews across the board, then take it to your bank and get a charge back, which will be your best option in getting refunded, if a lot of people do this then they will have to change their ways, the best way with companies like this to hit them in their pockets!!!!!!
