Des voleurs, incroyable. Je n'ai jamais reçu mon colis, après enquête du transporteur le colis ne m'a pas été livré et il est indiqué perdu. Running Warehouse joue la montre, ne veut rien savoir, me répond n'importe quoi mail après mail depuis 1 mois et malgré le mail officiel de perte du transporteur, pour eux j'ai bien reçu le colis. Vraiment un site à éviter !!

Bought a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 27 2E Width Size 11 in November 2025 for a Christmas present. After 4 months of wear I noticed that the inner heel of the shoe was wearing excessively than what I would expect as I have owned Gel Nimbus shoes for the past 20+ years. I contacted Running Warehouse to get an understanding of the warranty for the shoes and sent photos in of the excessive wear to them. They responded that the wear I was experiencing was "normal wear and tear" of the shoe and they would not provide any warranty for the shoe, whether a direct exchange or even a partial credit to purchase a new pair of shoes. This was incredibly disappointing as on any other occassion this has occurred (not very often), Rebel Sport and other companies I have used have changed them on the spot when I have had the receipt and clearly shown that the shoes are in good condition. I would not use Running Warehouse again after this experience and look for other retailers to purchase from, even if they had a sale.

Bestilte d. 8 (aften) og modtog d. 12. Levering med UPS lige til døren. Det er god service til Danmark vel og mærke. Samtidig havde jeg spørgsmål og blev besvaret via mail meget kort tid efter afsendelse. Jeg vender helt sikkert tilbage. Og ja billigere end i Danmark var så bare ekstra plus.

They do not have customer support. They offer an extra charge for shipping to make sure they dont mess up. Apparently if you dont pay that, they mess up. Cant say its on purpose...but they also have no support i can contact. Out money. No items. Paid for overnight shipping 2 days ago. UPS has no info other than still in senders location.

No lo recomiendo. Lo único que tienen es respuesta rápida en atención al cliente, pero al final acabas pagando de más por algo "rebajado". Trabajan con Fedex, que cobra impuestos en aduanas para los envíos a las islas canarias (cosa que es ilegal). Cuando contactas con ellos, te dicen que les consta, pero que es algo ajeno a ellos, aunque tampoco te avisan de ello al hacer la compra. Esto pagando 19 EUROS DE ENVIO. al final, te sale mejor pagar un poco más por el producto, pagas menos y no te llevas desagradables sorpresas. No recomiendo esta empresa en absoluto.
