Ruled.me has dramatically changed my health for the better and I've lost most of the weight that I needed to lose; No other diet, and I've tried many over 50 years, has even come close. This is a keto aid that specifically tailors the recipes to your individual needs. The hardest decision in any previous diet was usually 'what's for dinner', but ruled.me has that totally covered. I love the multitude of recipe choices, but there are so many other choices eg I choose my cooking methods to suit the overbearingly hot & humid conditions here in Queensland Australia. I love salads in summer, and there are so many from which to choose. Providing me with a detailed shopping list is the icing on the cake. I am so confident in the taste of all the recipes that I don't have to worry about the spices being overpowering or too hot. They are always 'just right', and full of flavour. I totally recommend ruled.me, as it's simple to use, inexpensive when you consider the cost savings in food, and planning time, and it takes all the guesswork out of the keto equation. It just works. It's a no-brainer!
