Very helpful website, would recommend it to anyone doing keto

I have used this site and trusted the info in it since 2017 when I started looking into keto. I recommend it to anyone who asks me about keto or a low carb lifestyle. I have my health back; I live medication and mostly pain free because of my change in lifestyle. I find the science relevant, the site easy to use, and the recipes are good.

Well thought out Recipes and meal plans. One of my favourite resources.

This is my go-to for low carb/keto advice - I have been a 'keto person' since 2017 and the website always has an explanation and solution for my questions. Don't know why its been rated down? Maybe it's from all the crazy keto police? Yes, Keto is controversial. Yes, it does bring out a few 'different' people - BUT no you do not have to be rude or destructive if you don't agree what another person/website is doing.

This is where I started my journey. Learning about keto completely BEFORE you start is crucial. This site breaks it down to the simplest of explanations to the scientific explanation. It gives you recipes from quick microwave to gourmet type. The support and understanding and nonjudgmental help that is given is like no other site!

Ruled.me is a great resource even as the unpaid version. The articles are thorough and informative. But the meal planning within the paid membership is amazing, in my opinion. It is the best meal planning app I’ve used. I like repetition in breakfast and lunch (for ease in prep and to use up ingredients) and this meal plan deals with that brilliantly. I asked a question through support and it was answered timely, thoroughly and personally by the site’s creator. Very cool, if you ask me.
