Jennifer was so very responsive and helpful as I was trying to determine the right options for my custom rug. She made a suggestion that I wouldn't have otherwise known about and it turned out to be the perfect suggestion. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

Great service, great product. Happy with our purchase from the US. Sad we couldn't find this quality and product in Canada.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience or better quality product. I wanted to get something to celebrate my wife's 42 years of teaching. We roughed in ideas and they had the finished product to me quicker than I could have hoped for.
