Delivered product did not meet specs We received a rug that did not meet the specs we had agreed upon in writing. Rugsthatfit.com refused to do anything to rectify the problem even after admitting they made a mistake. They initially said they didn't think we would mind the changes they made and then admitted they made a mistake but still would not remake the rug to originally agreed upon specs and would not offer any refund.

We made the exact product the customer ordered after she approved the Proof and placed the order. We explained that it was made per the proof she approved using our manufacturing process. What she said she wanted couldn't be made to industry standards and even after explaining that to her, she still wanted us to make a new rug. We did our best.
