We don't know if this is a real review or not but we suspect it isn't. If there is ever an issue, we always resolve it and resolve it immediately. We're not sure what "no other service recovery offered" means. Mis-shipments sometimes happen but we fix them if so. Not sure who this customer is because they didn't use their name but we would have appreciated knowing if there was an issue after we rectified the problem.

This customer was literally the most difficult customer we have ever had and we've dealt with some challenges. We had over 150 messages back and forth with him and in addition to being very demanding, he tried putting words in our mouth that he said but we never did. he waited for too long to place his order and then expected them by a very specific date. We asked him to help us with the expedited shipping but he wasn't willing and we STILL paid for it. There is nothing on our website that redirects anyone to Etsy so that is inaccurate but most importantly, this individual has no appreciation for the work that is involved. And the way he tried to make it look like we had offered him something that he requested was beyond the pale. Other business owners beware of him, he's a shark and a deceptive one at that.
